SEDAR 49 Gulf of Mexico Data-limited Species

Project Description

SEDAR 49 assessed the following Gulf of Mexico Data-limited Species:  Red Drum, Lane Snapper, Wenchman, Yellowmouth Grouper, Speckled Hind, Snowy Grouper, Almaco Jack, Lesser Amberjack.   The Council selected these species, in consultation with the SEFSC.  The Data Workshop was held May 2-6, 2016 in New Orleans, LA, the Assessment Process was conducted via webinars from June through September, 2016, and the Review workshop was held November 1-3, 2016 in Miami, Florida.  For more information, please contact the SEDAR Coordinator for this project, Julie Neer: julie.neer@safmc.net
