SEDAR Procedural Workshop 3 (PW 03) was convened from January 26-29, 2009 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to evaluate Caribbean data sources, including the Puerto Rico and Virgin Island platforms. Participants included representatives from Federal agencies, territorial governments, non-governmental organizations, Council technical and constituent advisors, and university researchers.
